Many top touring professionals know that victory on the tower is today more than a great game of golf. This means understanding every aspect of their physical and mental being and factors that influence their performance.

Before any golfer, pro or another, resumed a club, they look at the capacity of their body with the requirements of the swing.

What exactly does mean?

Most of us are aware that golf requires rotating the hip, shoulder joints and spinal column joints. Thus, if a golfer has a very tight low back or restrictions in the shoulders? Well, the obvious answer is that any loss of amplitude of movement creates defects of swing with injuries. It's a fact based on the movement and human performance. What exactly test you?

Muscle strength. Assess each major muscle group. Are there significant differences between your left and your right hand side?

Core strength and endurance. Do you know how engaging your central area? If Yes, how long?

Aerobic capacity and endurance. Do you have what it takes to last through a solid 18 holes? Is there an opportunity for improvement?

Balance. Got balance? You know what normal balance Golf looks like?

Similar physical evaluation tests are commonly used by the top tour pros today. These tests are offered at some of the golf centres efficient and will certainly be the wave of the future. It is your genuine understanding of your report forces and weaknesses which creates opportunities for sound and immediate improvement in your game.
